Fresh Kitchen

We randomly found this place on Door Dash, and decided to try it out. We liked it enough to go in person after a day of shopping, and found it's even better in person! I think it's wonderful that healthier options like Fresh Kitchen are coming around. I like the food options here a lot more than similar healthy food chains with the same structure. The food tastes fresher, hotter, and the sauces compliment the food well. Not only that, but they have healthy versions of popular soda, along with their own juices as well. I tried their version of Root Beer, and it was honestly really good! The service here has always been great, kind, and fast. Despite the food being pricier, I still don't mind paying it because I feel good after eating it!

I had eaten here once when they first opened and had an okay experience. It was really busy and so I didn't have the time to look over the menu as I stood in line as I would like to have. The food was really good but the service was just okay. The food style is reminiscent of Chipotle where you build your bowl around the base, vegetables, and proteins. All are freshly prepared. The second time which is this week I went back with my wife who had not been there before. What a completely different experience. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain exactly how to build a bowl and even recommended their favorites. I had the coconut rice with cauliflower, mashed potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms and my proteins were the citrus chicken and steak. Both were fantastic. Fantastic. My wife is a picky eater and really enjoys fresh made food, and she really liked this as well. The restaurant was very clean and as mentioned before the staff was very friendly. I will definitely go back. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what I expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special whether it was service, food, staff, etc., and a 5 means I was blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing with no offer to correct the experience and a 1-star rating was terrible

Awesome for bodybuilders.. I spend 50$ for 2 meals, drink and paleo cookies. I Added extra meat $3-4 to one meal. Earlier today I had poke bowl and it was 23$ with double meat maybe 4-5 oz of protein with drink. The steak was cooked med.. which was perfect . My meal was delicious… I was shocked the cauliflower mashed was so yum. Bc I hate cauliflower. Tasted cleaned except for my bbq chicken 😂

Ten stars!!! This restaurant is cleaner than a surgical room in a hospital. Staff are all trained to do one thing. Make you happy. Training successful. Come hungry. I picked the six item choice and it was too much food and I’m a big eater. Pick your base! I picked brown rice and kale salad. Next time in I might just get a bowl of kale salad. It was that good. Then I picked two kinds of chicken diced in large chunks and they both were cooked perfectly and tender. Then I picked sweet potatoes and roasted mushrooms. By this time I was questioning my ability to eat this huge bowl of food. Then pick a sauce. If you want two or three go for it. No problem. My wife picked a four item bowl and she’s been raving about it all afternoon. Retired 30 year Starwood Chef and I can tell you this restaurant does everything right. Definitely going back ASAP!! Highly recommended!!

Fresh kitchen understood the assignment… When I tell you they UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! Being a person who has severe acid reflux it was truly an out of body experience to find food I can enjoy and not experience any discomfort and anyone who suffers from this knows how great that feeling is when you find food you can enjoy. The food is fresh and flavorful, the options are amazing, and the quantity is great for the price. This place has become my new goto spot!
